Functioning as a post-chill dip, FinalKill® serves as the last line of defense against salmonella and other bacteria before exiting the chilling system. Fresh, cold water is pumped continuously into Finishing Chiller® at a rate ensuring complete turn-over of water every 13 to 15 minutes. The unique, double unloader design guarantees full submersion of birds in the fresh, biocide-rich water for a minimum of 60 seconds. As an added level of protection, BioJets™, featuring Patented JetBird® technology, target biocide at birds immediately before exiting each compartment of the Finishing Chiller®.
