Morris and Associates patented the first continuous poultry chiller over 30 years ago and has continuously made improvements like IntraGrill™ flights for increased water flow and Quik Chill™ microprocessor controls for efficient, consistent temperatures. We also introduced both high-side and standard chillers to meet the various requirements of our customers.
Auger chillers are used as pre, intermediate, and final stage chillers or as stand-alone applications depending on your needs. Morris and Associates engineers will help you design the best solution for your application.
The all-304-stainless steel auger chillers are available in sizes from 7' diameter to 12' diameter with capacity rating from 350–1450 lbs/ft. The section lengths can be specified for easy installation into existing operations. Rugged drives and motors ensure long, reliable operations. The optional CIP tank saves time and is also used for cleaning the water rechillers.
