Choose the compact, high-sided auger if you have high capacity requirements but linear space is a key issue.
When linear space is not critical, choose the standard chiller for superior product flow and safest clean-up.
Both high-sided and standard chillers come in a variety of diameters and a virtually limitless choice of lengths with intermediate bearing supports required only every 35 feet.
