Standard, auger-style poultry chillers are known for large bird piles concentrated on the loading side of the chiller. The patent pending JetBird® system distributes birds more evenly by breaking up those piles and pushing birds across the width of the chiller tank, thus increasing the overall capacity of the chiller.
