Morris and Associates has served the chilling needs of the poultry industry since 1949. Morris' patents and innovations have led the industry, being first to introduce continuous line poultry chilling, water rechilling, giblet chilling, CIP systems, microprocessor controls, ice makers, and ice delivery systems. Morris and Associates understands that our products operate at the core of our customers' production processes and are built with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
Through the years, the poultry industry has seen increases in bird size and production line speeds which resulted in higher bird and water temperatures, higher bacterial counts, and lower yield. Morris and Associates has been a pioneer of technology to counteract all of these problems. Morris and Associates introduced innovative water flow patterns that solved the problems without expanding the existing equipment line.
