RALEIGH, NC, May 15, 2006- Formerly of Safe Foods Corporation, Gary Nolen, will serve at Morris as Director of Process Optimization. With more than 12 years experience in food safety and 8 years experience developing automated control processes and pH controls for chlorine disinfection in poultry processing, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to Morris and its customers. As director of process optimization, Nolen will serve as a consultant to poultry processors on chlorine disinfection and salmonella reduction methods in the chiller.
