You don't skimp on the quality of your product, and neither do we. That's why we construct our Tube-Cube™ ice maker out of stainless steel. That means stainless steel framework (see note), sanitary water pump, evaporator shell, tubes and tube sheets, cutter assembly, water header and distribution system, sump, pump, and piping.
Stainless steel is low maintenance and durable enough to hold up well in unforgiving plant environments. In addition, stainless steel is the most sanitary construction material available. Sanitary construction leads to clean, sanitary ice—which leads to a clean, sanitary product.
Note: Model numbers CIM-1605 and CIM-2605 are equipped with structural aluminum framework.
